	Days Off 2012
The following dates are paid Holidays/ personal days unless otherwise noted. The provider is given two weeks paid vacation/personal days per year and three paid sick days. When a Holiday falls on a weekend, the provider has the option to take the Friday before, or Monday Each family that is in attendance 20 hours or more is given a week of unpaid vacation each year. A two week written notice is required please. Vacation request forms are available in the entry. The provider will give a minimum of two weeks notice for any paid or NON paid personal days when ever possible. In the event the provider is ill or in the event of an emergency, you will be notified as soon as possible.
